The first Establishment Congress of Khanh Hoa Cuisine Culture Association term 2023-2028 took place recently in Nha Trang City. Present at the congress were Tran Ngoc Thanh, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Dinh Van Thieu, Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Le Huu Tho, Head of the Provincial Department of Propaganda & Training; and leaderships of Vietnam Cuisine Culture Association and provincial departments and sectors.
At the congress, Dinh Van Thieu presented the decision of the Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee approving the establishment of Khanh Hoa Cuisine Culture Association. The congress elected 21 members of the Executive Committee of Khanh Hoa Cuisine Culture Association. Le Thi Hong Minh, General Director of Cam Ranh International Terminal Joint Stock Company, was elected as chairman of the association, 2023-2028 term.
Khanh Hoa Cuisine Culture Association aims to connect organizations and individuals with a good understanding of culinary culture and enthusiasm for culinary culture; promote and honor the values of Khanh Hoa’s culinary culture; educate young generations about the province’s culinary values; etc.

Speaking at the congress, Dinh Van Thieu hoped that in time to come, Khanh Hoa Cuisine Culture Association would connect organizations and individuals to research, build up and develop the brand of Khanh Hoa’s cuisine; introduce typical food products of Khanh Hoa to domestic and foreign tourists; promote the values of Khanh Hoa’s culinary culture; contribute to the sustainable development of Khanh Hoa’s tourism.
